Cocksherd Woodland garden

SEEDS is looking for a volunteer to plan and supervise development of a woodland garden on an old garage site next to an ancient woodland in west Slough.

At present local charity Evergreen 2000 are letting this concreted site regenerate naturally and trees are gradually appearing. The plan is to enhance this process by planting flowers and shrubs to encourage wildlife, and to instal some amenities to enable local people to relax and enjoy the site as a woodland garden.

Do you have the necessary knowledge and enthusiasm to work with volunteers, raise funds and develop this project?
